Role Overview

Digital Promotix is hiring a Sales Closer / Sales Agent who knows how to turn conversations into conversions. You’ll be responsible for closing deals for our digital services — including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Automation.

We’re looking for someone confident in communication, skilled in negotiation, and experienced in ad campaign selling and lead conversion.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads — close high-ticket clients for marketing services.
• Understand client needs and pitch suitable packages (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.).
• Conduct discovery calls, demos, and final closing sessions.
• Manage client relationships and follow-up pipeline using CRM or automation tools.
• Coordinate with the project team after closing to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a high close ratio.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads / Google Ads trends to communicate real results and strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a sales closer, digital marketing sales agent, or business development executive.
• Strong grip on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and campaign ROI concepts.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English & Urdu).
• Confident in handling video or phone calls with clients.
• Goal-oriented with a hunter mindset — not afraid to close the deal.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing tools is a plus.
