Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Closer role based in Lahore, focused on selling SEO and digital marketing services. The Sales Closer will manage qualified leads, conduct discovery calls, understand client business goals, and present tailored SEO and digital marketing solutions. Daily responsibilities include delivering persuasive online and in-person presentations, addressing client objections, negotiating terms, and driving deals to closure. The role also involves coordinating with marketing and delivery teams to ensure accurate proposals, maintaining detailed records in CRM tools, and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Sales Closer will provide consistent follow-up, nurture relationships with prospects and existing clients, and represent The Nevon’s brand and offerings in a professional, consultative manner.
Qualifications

Strong sales and closing capabilities, including Closings, Deal Closure, and experience managing a structured sales pipeline.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle objections, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Knowledge of sales processes related to Escrow or similar secure payment/contract closure mechanisms is an advantage.

Proven experience selling SEO, PPC, or broader digital marketing services, ideally in an agency or IT services environment.

Familiarity with SEO concepts, digital marketing funnels, and online analytics to communicate value and ROI to clients.

Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B context.

Comfort working with CRM systems, sales productivity tools, and online meeting platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work on-site in Lahore and collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and marketing teams.
