Your Mission as a Closer at Social Bros

• Take full ownership of closing deals with inbound and outbound leads.
• Engage clients with clear, confident, and persuasive communication.
• Demonstrate a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Collaborate with the team to create smooth handovers and maximize client value.
• Showcase your sales achievements and growth through clear numbers and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Closer / Sales Executive (agency, SaaS, ecommerce ,or related field preferred).
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Confidence in building trust and handling objections.
• Ability to showcase past sales numbers and results.
• A proactive, target-driven personality – a true Closer.

Compensation

• PKR 50k to 100k based on skill level.
• High upward potential based on results.
