Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Closer to join our USA campaign at our Johar Town office. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, a proven ability to close deals over calls, and experience working with U.S.-based customers.

As a Sales Closer, you will work with qualified leads, build rapport with prospects, handle objections professionally, and close sales while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound sales calls for the USA market
• Close sales on qualified leads provided by the company
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Follow scripts, compliance guidelines, and company policies

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Closer (USA campaign preferred)
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Strong objection-handling and closing abilities
• Willingness to work night shift (9 PM – 6 AM)
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional attitude
• Prior call center or telesales experience is a plus
