Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance to maximize productivity.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with all the sales employees to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare, present, and negotiate technical and commercial proposals, contracts, and agreements with clients.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as project management and marketing, to ensure sales and project objectives are aligned and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• RTO work : RTO machine registration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
