We are seeking an experienced Project Sales & Coordination Specialist to join our growing team. This pivotal role requires a graduate with proven industry experience to manage the sales process and coordinate the entire lifecycle of our smart lighting projects. You will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction and project success from initiation to completion.
*What You'll Do*
Sales & Client Engagement: Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial and industrial clients, driving sales of our smart LED luminaires.
End-to-End Project Management: Oversee assigned lighting projects (1-6 months duration) from initial sales closure through all phases of execution.
Full Cycle Coordination: Proactively manage all operational aspects including payment collections, precise material dispatch timelines, timely service requirements, and efficient demo scheduling.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and problem resolution.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships that foster repeat business and referrals.
*Who You Are*
A Graduate with relevant industry experience in lighting, electrical, construction, smart home automation, or a closely allied B2B sector.
Possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Demonstrate a professional demeanor and presentation.
