Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in day-to-day operations, responsible for preparing order, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring accurate and timely order handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scrutiny of purchase order & sales order update & process into the ERP
  • Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, production, logistics) for availability of goods, lead time, and order updates.
  • Support the sales team with inquiries, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with company pricing and workflow procedures.
  • MIS updates with management on sales performance, pending orders, and pipeline order status.
  • Maintain proper documentation for approvals, PO, and invoices.
  • Draft professional emails, reports, and internal communication for the sales team.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
