Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth execution of sales activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of sales processes. Strong English communication skills are a must, as the role involves regular interaction with clients, the sales team, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and related documents.
  • Create product presentations, maintain sales reports, manage inquiry data, and prepare payment reports.
  • Experience with trade portals like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc., will be an added advantage.
  • Coordinate effectively with the sales and technical teams.
  • Ensure timely response and follow-up for customer inquiries.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Follow up regularly for payments and inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Any graduate
  • Experience: 2-5 years in a similar back-office or sales coordination role.
  • Skills: Excellent English communication (written & verbal), strong in Excel and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
