Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer communications, and ensuring smooth processing of sales orders. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance data
- Maintain and update customer records and databases
- Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings and follow-ups
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics or operations teams
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly
- Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field (Preferred Female candidates only )
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
