Sales Co-ordinator

Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer communications, and ensuring smooth processing of sales orders. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance data
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases
  • Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings and follow-ups
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics or operations teams
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly
  • Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field (Preferred Female candidates only )
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Customer-focused mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
