Sales Co-ordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will support sales operations, handle customer coordination, and assist in preparing quotations and sales documentation. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate quotations for customers in a timely manner
  • Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and inquiries
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams (sales, warehouse, and operations)
  • Handle walk-in customers professionally and provide necessary assistance
  • Prepare invoices and delivery notes for orders and dispatches
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales and warehouse for order fulfillment
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up on pending deliveries and customer requirements

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing and delivery documentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Long-term commitment required
  • Malayalis Preferred

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 per month
