Key Responsibilities:

· IndiaMart Management:

  • Handle incoming inquiries, leads, and customer interactions on IndiaMart.
  • Respond to product inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up with potential leads
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

· Competitor Research and Performance Analysis:

  • Research and analyze the performance of competitors on IndiaMart to understand market trends, pricing, and product positioning.
  • Identify competitive advantages and opportunities to enhance product offerings and increase visibility.

· Product Listing Optimization:

  • Regularly review and optimize product listings on IndiaMart to improve visibility, search rankings, and click-through rates.
  • Ensure that product descriptions, images, and keywords are optimized to attract more leads and potential customers.

· Order Management and Documentation:

  • Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring that all details are accurately entered into the system.
  • Ensure that all sales documentation is maintained and up to date, including purchase orders, sales agreements, and invoices.
  • Monitor order progress, from order confirmation to dispatch, and ensure timely delivery.

· Sales Support and Reporting:

  • Assist the sales team in creating sales presentations, reports, and proposals for corporate clients.
  • Track sales progress and report on key metrics, including order status, sales figures, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare regular sales reports to share with management, highlighting trends, issues, and opportunities.

· Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints or issues related to products, delivery, or services, and work to resolve them promptly.
  • Maintain an organized database of corporate clients and leads for future business opportunities.

· Sales Documentation and Invoicing:

  • Ensure that all sales orders are processed correctly, and invoices are raised promptly.
  • Keep track of outstanding payments and follow up on overdue invoices in coordination with the finance department.

· Client Retention:

  • Focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
  • Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and offer relevant solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Implement strategies to ensure repeat business and enhance client loyalty.

· Assist in Marketing Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with the Head of the Department to develop promotional strategies for IndiaMart listings and corporate accounts.
  • Support in the development of sales campaigns and track their effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales coordination, sales support, or similar roles, ideally with experience dealing with IndiaMart and corporate clients.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with online sales platforms (IndiaMart) and corporate sales processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term business relationships.
