Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the scaffolding and construction market.
- Conduct market research to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Visit clients, contractors, and project sites to promote scaffolding products and services.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to achieve repeat business.
- Coordinate with the operations, logistics, and technical teams for project execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and follow-ups.
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in scaffolding, construction, or industrial products.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle client meetings and site visits.
- Knowledge of the UAE market is an added advantage.
