This role is responsible for increasing production across our sales team through coaching, accountability, and data-driven leadership. You will work directly with licensed sales producers in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment where activity and results matter.


If you are uncomfortable holding people accountable to daily standards, this is not the role for you.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • Proven experience coaching or managing an insurance sales team
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance management
  • Ability to give direct, actionable feedback and have difficult conversations
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Experience in insurance sales preferred (P&C license required)
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote, high-performance environment

  • This is not a “sit back and observe” role

Responsibilities

Drive Team Performance


  • Own overall sales production across a team of licensed producers
  • Monitor daily activity (calls, talk time, quoted households, close ratios)
  • Identify performance gaps and take immediate action
  • Ensure producers consistently meet daily and monthly expectations


Coach & Develop Producers


  • Conduct daily and weekly 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Review live and recorded calls to improve sales technique
  • Role-play objection handling, closing, and bundling strategies
  • Build individualized coaching plans based on performance data


Enforce Accountability


  • Hold team members accountable to activity and production standards
  • Address underperformance quickly and directly
  • Partner with leadership on performance plans and terminations when needed
  • Maintain a high-performance, no-excuses culture


Lead Daily Sales Execution


  • Run team huddles focused on priorities, metrics, and results
  • Create structure, energy, and focus in a remote environment
  • Reinforce expectations and celebrate wins


Support Hiring & Onboarding


  • Assist in interviewing and selecting new sales producers
  • Coach new hires through ramp period to ensure early success
  • Help build a strong, consistent pipeline of talent
