Location: Tirupati

Experience: 5–8 Years in Residential Building Construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales for multiple residential projects through effective strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Understand buyer needs by analyzing market trends and behavior.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales successfully.
• Identify, generate, and follow up on new business leads.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in residential construction project sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,633.03 - ₹40,540.23 per month
