Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building strong relationships with prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outreach and networking
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track all interactions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Represent Arnifi professionally across client interactions and events
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in Sales (B2B preferred; corporate services/fintech/SaaS is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good understanding of sales processes and CRM tools
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply (optional—delete if not needed)
