Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building strong relationships with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outreach and networking
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track all interactions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Represent Arnifi professionally across client interactions and events

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in Sales (B2B preferred; corporate services/fintech/SaaS is a plus)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Good understanding of sales processes and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude
  • Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply (optional—delete if not needed)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
