Role Description
We are seeking a driven HR Sales Consultant to join our expanding corporate consulting practice. This role suits a proactive professional with a strong understanding of HR services in the UAE and a passion for business development. You will work remotely and be fully responsible for generating and closing leads, focusing on SMEs and growing businesses that require outsourced and fractional HR support.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential clients across the UAE market.

Promote our HR outsourcing and consulting solutions with confidence and clarity.

Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and propose tailored service packages.

Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.

Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and conversions.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Requirements
Experience in HR sales, recruitment sales, or B2B services in the UAE.

Strong communication and consultative selling skills.

Ability to work independently and hit agreed targets.

Familiarity with UAE labour law and HR compliance is a plus.

Reliable internet connection and professional remote working setup.

Compensation
This is a commission-based position, designed for high-performing sales professionals who prefer flexibility and uncapped earning potential. Attractive commission percentages are offered for each closed deal, with additional incentives for recurring retainers.
