Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Dubai, for a Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating prospects, providing tailored property consultations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Specific tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating sales agreements, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. You will work closely with other team members to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting to effectively understand and advise clients on their real estate needs
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure positive client experiences and foster long-term relationships
  • Strong Communication skills to articulate property features and investment benefits clearly and persuasively
  • Ability to work in a results-driven environment and achieve sales goals
  • Proficiency in multiple languages and cultural knowledge is a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in high-end or luxury real estate markets is advantageous
