We are looking for an energetic Sales Consultant to manage field-level sales activities, engage with potential customers, and drive business growth. This role involves regular field visits, lead generation, relationship-building, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining a professional sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit prospective customers according to the daily field plan
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, outreach, and referrals
- Present product/service information clearly and professionally to potential clients
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through effective conversions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local networks
- Support marketing initiatives by distributing brochures, posters, and promotional materials
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve strategies
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales updates in the CRM
- Participate in field campaigns, exhibitions, and local events to increase brand visibility
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on field activities and performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage field travel efficiently
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined in follow-ups
- Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, and digital communication tools is a plus
