We are looking for an energetic Sales Consultant to manage field-level sales activities, engage with potential customers, and drive business growth. This role involves regular field visits, lead generation, relationship-building, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining a professional sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit prospective customers according to the daily field plan
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, outreach, and referrals
  • Present product/service information clearly and professionally to potential clients
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through effective conversions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local networks
  • Support marketing initiatives by distributing brochures, posters, and promotional materials
  • Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales updates in the CRM
  • Participate in field campaigns, exhibitions, and local events to increase brand visibility
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on field activities and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
  • 0–3 years of experience in field sales, outreach, or marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage field travel efficiently
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined in follow-ups
  • Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Excel, and digital communication tools is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
