We are a one price store, so no painful negotiation typical of our industry. Toss your stereotypes out of the window.
We pay a lot of money for leads and have plenty of customers; we need people that can close deals fast and follow up with leads. You will be responsible for your success if you follow up with leads and take care of customers.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who must possess superior phone/email/computer skills. You will have the opportunity to interact with customers to help guide them in their vehicle purchase using our “One Low Price, Plain & Simple, Always” strategy. This could be through an Internet-lead, a phone call or a customer who walks in to the store.

Computer Skills
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Ability to learn web applications for customer management. Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and web marketing.
Communication Skills
Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel. Desire to communicate with everyone at every level of our organization.
Attendance Requirements
The position requires regular and predictable attendance.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and sit.
Environment Demands
Duties are performed throughout the premises, both indoors and outdoors and on customer test drives. Due to the nature of the position, may be exposed to various work environments and required to perform a variety of tasks. Heavy standing work. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments.
Verbal and Writing Ability
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and in small group situations to customers and other employees. Ability to use email, text message, and social media to communicate daily. Must have good verbal and written grammar skills.
Math Ability
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations.
