Sales Consultant

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream & MBA in Marketing is plus

Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Executive or Consultants who can build strong customer relationships, understand their needs and support clients through the property sales process. This role involves field work, meeting clients and achieving monthly targets with the support of the team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people and can handle clients with confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients and understand their requirements

• Present available properties and explain features and benefits

• Handle client queries and follow up regularly

• Maintain records of leads, visits and conversions

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets

• Meet clients and explain product offerings

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions

• Follow up with leads and maintain proper records

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with the team for visits and presentations
