Role Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking immigration services. Your role is to understand their goals, present suitable migration options, and convert inquiries into successful applications. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that values integrity, results, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and walk-ins
• Assess client eligibility for various immigration programs
• Present tailored migration solutions and close sales effectively
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
• Collaborate with case managers to ensure smooth application processing
• Stay updated on immigration policies and program changes
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Provide post-sale support and maintain long-term client relationships

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in immigration or consultancy services
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
• Knowledge of Canadian, Australian, UK, or European immigration pathways is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; diploma or higher qualification preferred
