To drive the successful sale of real estate projects, including off-plan and completed properties, by delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Sales Consultant will act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and governmental and financial entities, contributing to the growth and success of the company’s real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell real estate projects, including
off-plan and completed properties

Provide clients with expert guidance on housing options, financing programs, and investment opportunities.

Coordinate and maintain strong communication with
internal teams, government entities, and financial institutions
(e.g., Ministry of Housing, NHC, REDF, banks).

Manage client bookings and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.

Participate in real estate exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and promotional events.

Maintain accurate daily and weekly
sales reports
and client activity records.

Ensure compliance with Saudi real estate sales regulations and company policies.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Achieve monthly and annual
sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in
Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
.

Minimum
2–3 years of experience
in real estate sales, preferably in
off-plan and/or completed property projects
.

Strong knowledge of
real estate sales regulations
and housing programs in Saudi Arabia.

Experience with
Sakani
and
Housing Partner Systems
is a plus.

communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
