To drive the successful sale of real estate projects, including off-plan and completed properties, by delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Sales Consultant will act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and governmental and financial entities, contributing to the growth and success of the company’s real estate portfolio.


Key Responsibilities


  • Promote and sell real estate projects, including off-plan and completed properties .
  • Provide clients with expert guidance on housing options, financing programs, and investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate and maintain strong communication with internal teams, government entities, and financial institutions (e.g., Ministry of Housing, NHC, REDF, banks).
  • Manage client bookings and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
  • Participate in real estate exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and promotional events.
  • Maintain accurate daily and weekly sales reports and client activity records.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi real estate sales regulations and company policies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs .


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field .
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan and/or completed property projects .
  • Strong knowledge of real estate sales regulations and housing programs in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience with Sakani and Housing Partner Systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills .
  • Target-driven, motivated, and customer-focused.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
