Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their goals and assess their eligibility for various visa options.
- Case Management: Manage and oversee the preparation and submission of applications and other related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, and provide clients with the most current and relevant information.
- Documentation: Assist clients in gathering and organizing required documentation, ensuring all forms and paperwork are completed accurately.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or complications that arise during the immigration process, providing strategic solutions and recommendations.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders throughout the application process.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships with clients and addressing their concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 MONTH of experience as an SALES Consultant or in a related role, with a proven track record of managing successful applications.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of laws, regulations, and procedures relevant to various visa categories.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
