Sales Consultant

Location: Roshan Trade Centre, Shaheed-e-Millat, Karachi, Pakistan

Salary: PKR 50,000 (Basic) + Attractive Commission (Ranging from PKR 50,000 – 500,000)

Commission Structure: 10% of Sales

Shift Hours: Mon- Sat, 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM

Joining: Immediate preferred

Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Consultant for our client who is confident, empathetic, and motivated to engage with clients seeking guidance and services. This role involves handling high-volume inbound calls, understanding client concerns, and offering appropriate consultancy solutions in a professional and respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage a high number of inbound calls from potential and existing clients
• Actively listen to client concerns and requirements
• Provide clear, ethical, and effective consultancy based on client needs
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-ups
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets through consultative selling
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
