- Ensure Sales and super active customer experience for the premium customers by following the right Sales
process (Inc. Experiential test drive), explaining all the premium and differentiated features of the vehicle,
pitching of right accessories/customization and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key tasks would be:
- Greetings to all customers promptly; provides timely professional service
- Completes Customer Records (on Sales Genie App) promptly and accurately
- Provides excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to
identify needs, resolving customer concerns, and sells additional services when appropriate
- Follows the Sales Process defined while interacting with customers (Hi5, SANKALP2.0)
- Sellsaccessories/customizationbyunderstandingtheneedofcustomerandpitchingappropriately
- sells Insurance and Finance products
- Uses all digital aids effectively in customer interaction to drive a superior customer experience (7”,10”tab,
BSH, TDAA, Sales Genie)
- Calls from Sales Genie application only
- Effective prospects by phone, mail, e-mail and face-to-face
- Is accurate and timely in completing paperwork and assigned tasks
- Delivers vehicles to customers in a positive and memorable way
- Identifies repeat customers and treats them accordingly
- Calculates and tracks progress of sales and prospect goals and sales deals
- Maintainscomposureandcourtesyindealingwithcustomersandfellowemployees
- Maintains an effective customer on system that encourages new, repeat, and referral business and
contributes to customer satisfaction
- Keeps up to date on Mahindra products and competitor products
