Sales Consultant – Personality Required

We’re looking for one outgoing, confident, people-person to join our sales team.

This is not a traditional car sales job — and we’re not looking for traditional car sales experience. We want someone we can train the right way.

Who This Is For:You’re probably a great fit if you:

• Have a strong personality and love talking to people.
• Are comfortable starting conversations with complete strangers.
• Can walk into a room alone and quickly build relationships.
• Are confident, adaptable, and can take control of situations naturally.
• Are comfortable on camera and don’t mind being seen.
• Enjoy (or want to learn) creating content on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

If the idea of doing walk-around videos, fun cameos, or building your personal brand sounds exciting — not intimidating — you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping customers through a modern, transparent buying experience.
• Creating short-form video content (vehicle walk-arounds, behind-the-scenes, fun moments).
• Building your own personal brand with support from the dealership.
• Engaging customers both in-person and online.
• Representing a dealership that values personality, creativity, and professionalism.

Experience:

• Automotive experience is NOT required.
• Backgrounds in hospitality, retail, fitness, athletics, bartending, or any role involving people often translate very well.
• We care more about attitude, work ethic, coachability, and presence than a résumé.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,540.90 - $150,000.00 per year
