Job Description:

Livebox is looking for an energetic and confident Sales Consultants to promote and close sales for our services by meeting clients directly at their locations.

Candidates with any kind of sales experience are welcome – including showroom sales, retail sales, field sales, counter sales, or service sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit direct client locations as required
• Explain Livebox services clearly and confidently to customers
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
• Close sales through personal meetings and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and onboarding
• Maintain basic records of client visits and sales status
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers

Eligibility Criteria:

• Hindi speaking ability is highly preferred
• Any sales experience is acceptable (showroom / retail / field / counter sales)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Willingness to travel locally to client locations
• Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude

Skills Required:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in face-to-face sales meetings
• Ability to handle customer objections politely
• Time management and follow-up skills
