A Sales Executive drives revenue by finding new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and selling products/services through presentations, negotiations, and closing deals, while managing sales targets, using CRM tools, and collaborating internally to meet company growth goals. Key duties include prospecting, client meetings, product demos, handling queries, preparing quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients via cold calls, networking, social media, and research.
- Client Engagement: Meet with clients (in-person/virtual), present products, demonstrate features, and address questions/objections.
- Sales Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms, prepare proposals/quotes, and finalize sales to meet targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of activities and sales progress in CRM systems.
- Market Research: Gather customer/market info to understand needs and identify opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and customer service for a seamless customer journey.
- Reporting: Provide sales reports and review performance against goals.
