- Showroom Engagement: Proactively greeting every visitor and maintaining the "visual merchandising" of the floor, ensuring display cars are clean and correctly positioned.
- Customer Profiling: Interviewing walk-in customers to understand their specific needs, budget, and lifestyle to recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Product Demos & Test Drives: Providing expert walkthroughs of technical features and accompanying customers on test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance.
- Sales Negotiation: Navigating price discussions, trade-in valuations, and promotional offers to close deals that meet dealership profit targets.
- Financial Facilitation: Collecting documentation for loan applications and coordinating with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) department.
- Vehicle Delivery: Managing the final handover, ensuring the car is prepped (cleaned/fueled) and the customer understands all operating features before leaving.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Retail Volume: Meeting fixed monthly units-sold targets.
- Test Drive Ratio: The percentage of showroom walk-ins converted into test drives.
- Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI): Feedback scores regarding the showroom experience and professional conduct.
