Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in 6th of October. The Sales Consultant will engage with clients to assess and fulfill their real estate needs, provide professional consultation, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying clients' requirements, offering tailored solutions from RED’s diverse portfolio, providing regular updates, and maintaining strong client relationships.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and Consulting services
  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to foster client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends is a plus
  • Proficiency in technology tools and applications for client management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
