Sales Consultant

Intellect Chartered Accountants is a leading firm of Chartered Accountants &Auditors with 21+ years of experience in UAE. It is a one-stop solution, which offers a single platform for all the financial needs of our clients and firms across the country.

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining our services, and booking appointments for our business consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services.
• Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information.
• Explain service offerings clearly and effectively.
• Update CRM records with client information and follow-up actions.
• Schedule consultations and meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain strong follow-up with prospects.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of telecalling or customer support experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or other languages is advantageous.
• Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and well-organized.
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
