Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and onboard residential and commercial property owners, landlords, and corporate clients
  • Source leads via cold calling, referrals, site visits, and networking
  • Present and demonstrate PropTech solutions to prospective clients
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Manage the sales pipeline and client interactions using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with operations and customer success teams for smooth onboarding
  • Share market insights to support product and sales strategy
Skills
  • - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
