The Mission
As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of the company. You won’t be sitting behind a desk; you’ll be in the field meeting homeowners and commercial property managers, diagnosing tree needs, and closing deals.
You are responsible for the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and site visits to finalizing contracts and ensuring a smooth handoff to our production crews.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively follow up on company-generated leads while aggressively prospecting for new commercial and residential opportunities.
- Site Inspections: Visit client properties to assess tree health, safety concerns, and aesthetic goals.
- Professional Estimates: Generate clear, accurate, and profitable job proposals using our specialized CRM and estimation software.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term partnerships with local realtors, property managers, and HOA boards in Monroe, Carbon, and Luzerne counties.
- Project Handoff: Communicate clearly with the production team to ensure the "vision" sold to the client is executed perfectly.
- Self-Management: Act as the "CEO of your territory." Manage your own schedule, follow-ups, and sales targets with minimal hand-holding.
Professional Development & Education
- ISA Certification Pathway: It is our goal to have the best-trained team in the region. As part of this role, you will be expected to pursue and obtain ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) certification.
- Ongoing Training: We provide the resources and support for you to complete the ISA online education program, ensuring you are a true expert in the field.
What You Bring to the Table
- High Energy & Grit: You are a "morning person" who brings enthusiasm to every client meeting and isn't afraid to ask for the close.
- Proven Sales Experience: You have a track record of meeting or exceeding targets (experience in home services, construction, or landscaping is a major plus).
- Self-Starter Mentality: You don't wait for the phone to ring; you make it ring. You are organized, disciplined, and tech-savvy.
- Academic Interest: A willingness to study and master the science of arboriculture and sales.
- Valid Driver’s License: Essential for traveling between job sites throughout Northeast PA.

- Base Salary + Commission: Competitive base salary or (draw) with an aggressive commission structure—your earning potential is limited only by your drive.
