Sales Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing immigration consultancy team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls, and providing expert advice to prospective clients on immigration programs (Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, etc.). A background in immigration services is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
• Explain various immigration programs and eligibility criteria clearly and persuasively.
• Book consultations and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of current immigration laws, procedures, and updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and referral generation.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Coordinate with the documentation and legal teams for smooth case processing.
• With Own Visa but not mandatory

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in immigration industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi/Urdu).
• Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Confidence, persistence, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of immigration processes for Canada, Australia, UK, or Europe is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic salary (AED 3,500 – AED 6,000 + Commission) depending on experience.
