Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership

Assist customers in making purchase decisions through active listening and needs assessment

Maintain enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday

Demonstrate a friendly, competitive personality, especially during objections and pricing negotiations

Provide strong customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills

Work directly with employees and customers to build relationships and enhance the sales process

Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers

Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, reviews, and analyses

Show interest in training additional sales associates and working collaboratively in a team environment

Maintain a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
