Job Overview

Bidaya Consultants is looking for motivated Sales Consultants to join our growing team in the visa and overseas job consultancy sector. This role involves handling client inquiries, explaining services, and guiding potential customers through the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Explain visa and overseas job opportunities to clients
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain communication
• Support the sales process and assist in converting leads
• Maintain accurate client records and updates
• Work towards achieving monthly performance targets

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, telesales, or customer service preferred
• Freshers are welcome to apply if they have strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Malayalam is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM is an advantage)
• Ability to work in a performance-driven environment
