Cemex Egypt is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our Distribution Channel team in North Minya, Bani Suef & Fayoum.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to drive business growth, identify new market opportunities, and build strong customer relationships across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication and sales skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow company safety standards and policies.
- Conduct full market scanning to identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities.
- Present the company’s value propositions effectively to customers and prospects.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and customer experience.
- Achieve targeted sales volume across the assigned territory.
- Achieve targeted product mix and price premium objectives.
- Participate in all online and offline training programs and apply learnings in day-to-day activities.
- Monitor market activities and identify growth opportunities within the territory.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in North Minya market is preferred.
- Valid driving license for at least 3 years.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Minya residents are preferred.
