Cemex Egypt is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our Distribution Channel team in North Minya, Bani Suef & Fayoum.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to drive business growth, identify new market opportunities, and build strong customer relationships across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication and sales skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities

Follow company safety standards and policies.

Conduct full market scanning to identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities.

Present the company’s value propositions effectively to customers and prospects.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and customer experience.

Achieve targeted sales volume across the assigned territory.

Achieve targeted product mix and price premium objectives.

Participate in all online and offline training programs and apply learnings in day-to-day activities.

Monitor market activities and identify growth opportunities within the territory.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Civil Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.

Experience in North Minya market is preferred.

Valid driving license for at least 3 years.

Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
