Sales Consultant

Cemex Egypt is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our Distribution Channel team in North Minya, Bani Suef & Fayoum.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to drive business growth, identify new market opportunities, and build strong customer relationships across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication and sales skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow company safety standards and policies.
  • Conduct full market scanning to identify and qualify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Present the company’s value propositions effectively to customers and prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and customer experience.
  • Achieve targeted sales volume across the assigned territory.
  • Achieve targeted product mix and price premium objectives.
  • Participate in all online and offline training programs and apply learnings in day-to-day activities.
  • Monitor market activities and identify growth opportunities within the territory.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in North Minya market is preferred.
  • Valid driving license for at least 3 years.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Minya residents are preferred.
