Customer Engagement:

· Greet customers warmly and engage them in meaningful conversations to understand their furniture needs and preferences.

· Provide expert advice and product knowledge, guiding customers through the selection process.

· Offer personalized solutions and recommendations to fulfill customers' aesthetic and functional requirements.

Sales Generation:

· Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our furniture products to prospective customers.

· Collaborate with customers to identify suitable pieces, upsell complementary items, and ultimately secure sales.

· Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the showroom's revenue growth.

Product Presentation:

· Maintain a visually appealing and organized showroom environment that showcases our furniture collections attractively.

· Arrange furniture displays to highlight different styles, arrangements, and design possibilities.

· Keep up to date with the latest interior design trends and product developments to enhance your selling approach.

Customer Relationship Management:

· Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their preferences and maintaining open communication.

· Follow up with customers after purchases, addressing any inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.

Administrative Duties:

· Process sales transactions accurately, including handling payments and issuing receipts.

· Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, coordinating with the warehouse, and updating product availability.

Team Collaboration:

· Collaborate with colleagues to share product knowledge, best practices, and strategies for improving sales performance.

· Contribute positively to the showroom's team environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
