Role overview
We are looking for a driven, consultative, and commercially minded Sales Consultant to join our remote team. You will be responsible for converting inbound leads and generating outbound opportunities across our full portfolio — derdiedaswelt consultancy packages, librion FaMed exam centre registrations, and libelle akademie language courses.
This is not a transactional sales role. Our clients are qualified healthcare professionals facing one of the most significant decisions of their professional lives. The successful candidate will approach every conversation with genuine expertise, empathy, and the ability to clearly articulate the value of our services at the right moment in the client's journey. You will need to understand our full product portfolio deeply, identify which combination of services best fits each prospect, and guide them confidently toward a decision.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and convert inbound leads generated through social media, referrals, and online campaigns across all three brands
- Proactively identify and approach prospective clients through outbound channels — including social media communities, professional networks, and direct outreach to internationally trained healthcare professionals considering Germany
- Conduct consultative sales conversations — by phone, video call, or messaging — to understand each prospect's situation, qualify their needs, and present the most appropriate service package
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking every lead from first contact through to conversion using our internal CRM tools
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success & Operations Lead to ensure a seamless handover from sale to onboarding
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets across the portfolio
- Provide structured feedback from prospect conversations to help improve service offerings, pricing, and marketing messaging
- Represent all three brands professionally and consistently across all client-facing touchpoints
Requirements
- Fluent Turkish and fluent German — you will conduct sales conversations in both languages depending on the client's profile and preference
- Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage, given a substantial portion of our client base
- Proven track record in a consultative sales role — ideally within education, healthcare services, immigration consultancy, or a similarly complex and high-consideration sales environment
- Strong ability to listen, qualify, and guide prospects without applying pressure — this role requires patience and genuine expertise, not hard selling
- Comfortable with both inbound lead management and proactive outbound prospecting
- Excellent communication skills across phone, video, and written channels
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the discipline to perform consistently in a fully remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured pipeline management
- Knowledge of the German approbation process, FaMed/FSP examinations, or the German healthcare job market is a strong advantage — or a demonstrated ability and willingness to develop this knowledge rapidly

- CRM & pipeline management — hands-on training in our internal tools for lead tracking, follow-up cadence, and conversion reporting
- OKR Framework — how we set targets, measure performance, and align individual sales goals with company objectives
