1-Service the clients at the retail outlets and provide the right advice and
recommend/introduce new items for purchase.
2- Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly targets set by a predefined table according
to Showroom sales and employees’ salaries.
3- Ensure Sales Orders SO and transfers are entered on LS Retail and updated on
the NAV system & follow the correct operation process.
4- Collect the right amount of money and make sure the customer signed the order
and approved the terms and conditions.
5- Ensure the customer CRM file is completed and updated
6- Ensure proper display of items, price tags, QR tags… as per management
guidelines.
7- Always implement the showroom items according to the approved R&D rooms
and visual merchandising plan.
8- Ensure that the clients are serviced to the highest customer service standard and
as per company policy.
9- Make sure to maintain the showroom & desks clean at all times.
10- Fill in the customers’ activities on CRM &LS retail.
11- Report any customer complaint to the showroom manager.
12- Reporting & Coordinating with Showroom Supervisor regarding Sales orders,
delivery, and staff issues to be solved immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
