Drive new business and grow revenue by selling fitness equipment to gyms, boutique studios, corporate wellness programs, property managers, and other commercial clients. Act as a trusted consultant to understand client needs, propose tailored solutions, close deals, and support post-sale adoption.
- Responsible for all aspects of client relationships, including sales to new/existing clients, establishing and maintaining relationships and customer support.
- Promote, market, and sell the product portfolio in the specified strategic sales area.
- Daily visits to the local market.
- Gather market intelligence on new, existing, and future projects.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and managers the sales cycle to deliver timely quotations and follow-ups to complete the sales process.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues.
Qualification, Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience; experience in fitness, sports, or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
