Duties

What You’ll Do

• 
  Own the Sales Process: From initial greeting to the final signature, you will manage the customer journey with urgency and precision.
• Drive Revenue: Proactively follow up on leads and identify new opportunities to grow your pipeline.
• Consult & Close: Use your product expertise to recommend the best solutions for clients while overcoming objections with ease.
• Deliver Excellence: Ensure every client feels the "wow" factor through your professional energy and attention to detail.

  Proven Closers: You have a minimum of 2+ years of high-ticket retail or in-home sales experience (Flooring, Auto, Furniture, or Appliances preferred).
• Aggressive Mindset: You don’t wait for business to come to you; you go out and get it.

• Tech Savvy: Ability to learn our CRM and flooring software quickly to stay organized.

Requirements

Qualifications for the Sales Consultant

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven work experience in retail sales, flooring sales, interior design, furniture sales, or similar role
• College degree a plus, but not required
• Basic computer, social media, and math skills
• Proper phone etiquette and positive attitude
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to exceed expectations
• Ability to utilize various forms of communication to follow up with vendors and clients
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong personal and professional judgement
• Ability to respond quickly to client's needs and wants
• Self-starter
• Desire to grow a business
• Excellent time management skills and detailed oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority.
• Microsoft Office or Google Workspace a plus
• Flexible work hours to include Saturdays
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

• Base Salary: $40,000 annually
• Earning potential of $80,000 and greater annually with commissions, growth, and advancement opportunities
• Full Time: 40 hours per week with a 5-day work week (Monday - Saturday)
