We are now expanding our team and looking for a  Sales Consultant  to focus on our  growing Italian market .

Role Description

• Communicate with Italian-speaking clients, responding to inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
• Design  unique, tailor-made travel itineraries  that reflect True Blue’s commitment to quality and authenticity.
• Guide clients from the first inquiry to the final confirmation, ensuring a smooth and personalized booking experience.
• Collaborate with our experienced consultants to learn how we deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian  – both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• A client-oriented mindset: attentive, solution-driven, and detail-focused.
• Creative thinking with the ability to craft unique travel experiences.
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple client requests.
• Passion for travel and culture. (Tourism background is  not required , but will be considered a plus.)

• No prior tourism experience is required – we will teach you the craft of travel design, True Blue style.
