Sales Consultant Luxury & Off-Plan Real Estate
Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Qatar. The role focuses on luxury residential and off-plan projects, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional client experience.
Senior-level candidates will also support team mentoring and strategic sales planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new sales opportunities in the Qatar real estate market
- Advise clients on property purchase, resale, and investment options
- Conduct property and off-plan project viewings with a premium service approach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and close deals successfully
- Handle legal documentation and transaction procedures accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of real estate sales experience (Qatar experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Qatar real estate laws and off-plan projects
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional
- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
- Presentable with a customer-focused mindset
