Sales Consultant – Medical Devices (Turkey | Home Office)

Contec is a rapidly growing company expanding its operations in Turkey. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant with a strong background in medical device sales to support our development in the Turkish healthcare market.

This position is home-office based, with field sales activities and company/customer visits as required.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred),
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in medical device sales,
• Solid knowledge of medical devices, hospital purchasing processes, and healthcare stakeholders,
• Fluent or professional-level English is required (spoken and written),
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,
• Results-oriented with a strong sales mindset,
• High level of professionalism and representation skills,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Ability to work independently in a home-office structure,
• Willingness to travel for field sales and on-site customer visits when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential customers across Turkey,
• Promote and sell Contec’s medical device portfolio,
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions,
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and after-sales follow-up,
• Achieve individual and regional sales targets,
• Conduct market and competitor analysis within the Turkish medical device market,
• Represent the company during customer meetings, hospital visits, and industry events.
