Sales Consultant – Medical Spa

Skinsation OC is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone confident in patient communication, treatment education, and converting consultations into booked treatments while delivering a high-end client experience.
The ideal candidate has prior med spa and/or aesthetic sales experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and patient results.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations and guide treatment recommendations
- Educate clients on services, pricing, memberships, and treatment plans
- Build strong patient relationships and maintain follow-up communication
- Convert leads into booked appointments and treatment packages
- Coordinate with providers to create customized treatment plans
- Support front office operations and scheduling as needed
- Maintain detailed patient notes and sales tracking
- Deliver a luxury, patient-focused experience from start to finish
Qualifications:
- Previous med spa, aesthetics, or cosmetic sales experience preferred
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and treatment plans
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and patient care
Preferred Experience:
- Medical spa or plastic surgery office experience
- CRM or scheduling software experience
- Knowledge of injectables, lasers, skincare, and aesthetic treatments
