Sales Consultant – Generation Iron (Business Bay, Dubai)

About the Role:
Generation Iron is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and fitness, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle lead generation, enquiry follow-ups, and outbound calls.
• Source and convert new members through outreach, referrals, and local partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with existing members to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Manage reception duties, bookings, and cash handling accurately.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and member engagement.

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal) with excellent phone etiquette.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Passionate about health, fitness, and overall well-being.

Job Details:

• Location: Business Bay, Dubai
• Work Schedule: 6 days per week
• Compensation: Competitive salary plus attractive incentives
