Job Summary
Are you experienced in B2B sales with expertise in the plastics industry? We are looking for a Sales Consultant who combines technical product knowledge with strong sales capabilities. The ideal candidate will develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets in the plastics and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of plastic molding products within the plastics, construction, and industrial sectors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with manufacturers, contractors, and distributors
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and end-users
- Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Prepare technical proposals and quotations based on customer specifications
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Provide technical consultation to customers on material selection and applications
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, technical, logistics) to ensure seamless project delivery
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue objectives
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis
- Stay updated on market trends, product innovations, and industry developments
- Handle customer complaints and provide technical support
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2-5 years of proven B2B sales experience with demonstrated track record
- Experience in plastics or construction industries strongly preferred
- Knowledge of plastic molding products
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong understanding of plastic materials, properties, and applications
- Excellent technical and commercial communication skills in English
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and CRM software
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background in plastics manufacturing or processing
- Knowledge of extrusion, injection molding, or other plastic processing methods
- Existing client relationships in the UAE/GCC region
- Understanding of ISO quality standards
- Arabic language proficiency
- Technical sales training or certification
- Experience selling eco-friendly or sustainable plastic products
