Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage property leads (buyers & sellers)

• Conduct property viewings and presentations

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Negotiate deals and close sales transactions

• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends

• Maintain CRM records and follow-up consistently

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Freshers welcome (sales mindset required)

• Experience in real estate or sales is an advantage

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven

• Presentable and professional

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
